Discounted Prices
The retail prices are displayed in the catalog, but registered users will see their discounted prices instead. You are under no obligation when you preregister and your information will be kept private. We do not create individual profiles or share information with other companies and we do not send spam.
If you are preregistered, you will be able to checkout faster when you use a credit card or a purchase order, and that's because data is extracted from the same information that you submit when you register. There will be no need to re-enter this information again later.
Purchase Orders
Established customers can use Purchase Orders. When you place items in your cart and checkout, you are given the option of using your credit card or using a Purchase Order number. Our credit terms are 2% 10 days, net 30 days. The advantages of generating a purchase order from the website are numerous compared to faxing your order. Advantages include:
- You will see your exact cost, including shipping and discounts.
- Quantity discounts are automatically tallied for you, so there's no guess work.
- An invoice will be e-mailed to you immediately upon completion of the order.
- You can be assured that we received your order, because we automatically receive a copy of the same invoice.
- You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships and it will include the UPS Tracking Number.
- FREE shipping for orders over $500.00. When you fax an order, the minimum is higher.
- Coupons can be used on the website, but not when you fax an order.
- Through "Account Maintenance", which will appear when you're logged in, you will be able to see details of current and past orders at a glance.
- A link for tracking your order is also in Account Maintenance. This will give you the ability to track your order from our website, day or night.

Credit Cards
The credit card option is here as a convience for first time buyers, or for those that prefer to use a credit card. We use Authorize.net for processing credit cards as they have a reputation for secure transactions and ease of use.
Literature
Brochures and instruction sheets are available in the Literature section of the website. If you're a registered user and you're logged in, you will also be able to download, print or view brochures that include a discounted price list.
Privacy Notice
When you provide us with personal or company information by completing a form which you submit through our website, we will use that information only to respond to your questions or to process your order.
No information is shared with other companies unless we are required by law to do so. No information gathered is used to create individual profiles. Lemco Seals, Inc. does not collect information for commercial marketing, nor do we sell your information to private companies.
Refund, Exchange, Warranty and Cancellation Policies

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
You may obtain a full refund for any defective work within 90 days of purchase.
Exchanges
You have a 15 day 100% guarantee to exchange the merchandise from the date of delivery.
Warranty
We have a 15 day 100% warranty guarantee from the date of delivery.
Cancellation
Once you submit your order, it is generally shipped the same day. If for some reason your product is backordered, you have the option of canceling any time up until your order is shipped.
